Mocko.ai is an AI-powered platform designed to help language learners prepare for standardized exams, primarily
focusing on French proficiency tests like TEF and TCF(often used for Canadian immigration).
According to Vancouver Tech Journal(https://vantechjournal.com/p/vancouver-startup-transforms-language-testing),
founders of Mocko.ai are Ken, Yu, and Nima.
Trustpilot is a digital consumer review website that allows people to read and write feedback about businesses and
e-commerce stores. It functions as an open, third-party platform where shoppers can gauge a brand's reputation and
companies can collect customer ratings.
Screenshots of publicly available media were captured before they disappeared.
I’m leaving this review on Trustpilot because this honestly made me question how seriously Mocka.ai takes its own website.Later Mocko replied:
In the “Governing Law” section of their Terms of Service, it literally says:
“[Your Jurisdiction, e.g., British Columbia, Canada]”
That is obviously unfinished template text. This is not some tiny typo buried on a random page, it is part of a legal document customers are expected to agree to.
How does a company publish Terms of Service without even entering its actual jurisdiction? It looks careless, rushed, and extremely unprofessional. If the legal pages have not been properly checked, what else has been overlooked?
They are claiming now it is fake. You guys can check the website check their terms-of-service but probably before you check they will fix it. I just wanted show unprofessional they are. Please be careful before giving any data.
Another Edit :
Now they have updated, and they were calling it fake. Bunch of donuts. Instead of fixing it calling people fake. Dont spend any money on these guys
This is clearly a fake review by a competitor. It is very unfortunate that Trustpilot would allow such toxic behaviour.
Update: We contacted the phone number provided by this person. It was a random number not associated with this reviewer. The provided email were also fake and had never used in our platform.
