I’m leaving this review on Trustpilot because this honestly made me question how seriously Mocka.ai takes its own website.Plus tard, Mocko a répondu :
In the “Governing Law” section of their Terms of Service, it literally says:
“[Your Jurisdiction, e.g., British Columbia, Canada]”
That is obviously unfinished template text. This is not some tiny typo buried on a random page, it is part of a legal document customers are expected to agree to.
How does a company publish Terms of Service without even entering its actual jurisdiction? It looks careless, rushed, and extremely unprofessional. If the legal pages have not been properly checked, what else has been overlooked?
They are claiming now it is fake. You guys can check the website check their terms-of-service but probably before you check they will fix it. I just wanted show unprofessional they are. Please be careful before giving any data.

Now they have updated, and they were calling it fake. Bunch of donuts. Instead of fixing it calling people fake. Dont spend any money on these guys
This is clearly a fake review by a competitor. It is very unfortunate that Trustpilot would allow such toxic behaviour.
Update: We contacted the phone number provided by this person. It was a random number not associated with this reviewer. The provided email were also fake and had never used in our platform.
